Bangladesh Finance Capital Limited (BFCL) is a full-fledged investment bank and a proud subsidiary of Bangladesh Finance, holding a 99.972% ownership stake. Established in August 2011 as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1994, BFCL received its license from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) in February 2012, in accordance with the Merchant Banker & Portfolio Manager Rules, 1996.
